Your adventure begins on with your arrival in Cali, Colombia. We'll kick off the retreat with a stay at the charming Magic Garden Hotel in the lovely San Antonio neighborhood. Delicious breakfasts at the hotel included. Soak up the culture and excitement of Cali while you enjoy the city.
Attend the Petronio Alvarez Festival, a vibrant celebration of Afro-Colombian music and dance. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Colombia and experience the healing power of music and movement.
After the festival, we'll head to the scenic Doble Spireles Finca, a stunning, rustic mountain retreat just 20 minutes outside of Cali. Surrounded by lush forests and breathtaking landscapes, you'll have the chance to relax and recharge in a peaceful and nurturing environment.
During your stay at the Finca, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of healing classes, including Theta Release & Goal Setting, Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Acupuncture, Egyptian Belly Dance, Salsa Dance, Colombian Folklore, and a Cooking Class. Each class is designed to help you connect with your inner self and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.
In addition to these classes, you'll also have the chance to explore the natural beauty of the Finca. Take a leisurely hike down to the river, where you can relax in a natural pool and soak up the tranquility of your surroundings.
